Rassie Erasmus has announced his first test side for the year who will play against Italy on Saturday in Pretoria.
It is a strong side that will take the field with a 6-2 split on the bench. Vincent Tshituka who played last week against the Babaas will earn his first cap this weekend as Rassie went with him at number seven. He will be joint by Wiese and Van Staden as the loose trio for Saturdays test.
In the front row Nche, Marx and Louw will start with Bongi, Jan-Hendrik and Vincent will back them up from the bench.
Etzebeth and De Jager will pack down in the second row with Snyman and Mostert on the bench
In the backs Van Den Berg gets another start and he will have Pollard as his flyhalf partner. De Allende and Kriel continue their midfield partnership with Kolbe and Arendse on the wings. This week Rassie went with Damien Willemse at fullback with Willie and Faf backup on the bench for the backs.
